(the "Company") maintains the following Privacy Policy vis-a-vis its recruitment procedure for positions with the Company. The Company collects CVs/Resumes and Cover Letters from applicants as part of its recruitment process. In such CVs/Resumes and Cover Letters the Company seeks personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, work authorization status, etc. from applicants. The Company also seeks educational and professional information in the same. From time to time, the Company may seek educational credentials such as degree certificates, diplomas, mark sheets, transcripts, academic awards and recognitions, writing samples, publications, etc. from applicants depending on position and/or vacancy advertisement. On certain occasions, the Company may seek professional credentials such as experience certificates, professional recognitions, publications, etc. from applicants depending on position and/or vacancy advertisement. Sometimes, the Company may seek reference information such as reference names, their contact numbers and email addresses from applicants depending on position and/or vacancy advertisement. Such information collected from applicants as part of the Company's recruiting process will be strictly confidential between the Company and the applicant, unless otherwise required by legal proceedings and/or any administrative/judicial investigation. In limited instances the Company may involve third parties for background checks, if necessary. In such cases the Company will strive its best to ensure that confidentiality of the applicant information is maintained by the appointed third party conducting such background checks. When third party verification for a position is warranted, the Company will notify such requirement in the vacancy advertisement. However, the identity of the third party involved in the verification process will remain strictly confidential between the Company and the appointed third party and will not be disclosed to the applicant, unless otherwise required by legal proceedings and/or any administrative/judicial investigation. The Company may also involve services of recruiting agencies in its hiring process. In such cases, confidentiality of applicant information in possession of such appointed recruiting agencies comes under the respective privacy policies of such appointed recruiting agencies; and the Company cannot, in any way, be held liable for any leakage and/or misuse of applicant information in possession of such appointed recruiting agencies.
